Thanks for all you do {Spellbinders}...

So by now I am sure you have heard of the Spellbinders Glimmer Hot Foil System.  Just in case you haven't, Spellbinders has this super cool dock and platform that heats up these metal plates.  The plates come in all kinds of designs and sentiments and other details.  Once these plates are heated up you run the plate, some foil and cardstock through a die cut machine to add the foil details to your card.  Just like this....

There is an amazing set of plates called Essential Glimmer Rectangles.  You can use one at a time for the cutest polka dot frame, or use all 3 like I did.  I found a piece of patterned paper and then added the foil dot frames to get this look.  I grabbed Altenew's Wallpaper Art for this gorgeous black and white bloom and leaves.  I die cut each piece out and added it to the card front.

Next, I used a foil plate sentiment "for all you do" from this month's Glimmer Plate of the Month Kit from Spellbinders.  If you don't know about this kit, check out the details HERE.  When you subscribe, a new kit of plates comes to your door every month! It's like a little crafty surprise on your door step!

To finish off the card, I used a "thanks" die from Simon Says Stamp and added in some sequins from Pretty Pink Posh.

Look at that gold foil shine....

  1. WOW! WOW! WOW! I love this card. The colours and the Altenew Wallpaper flower is one of my favourite sets. And the more I see the spellbinder hot foil cards, the more temping is to get it.
