Altenew and the 25 Days of Christmas Tags

Welcome to day 1 of the 25 Days of Christmas Tags.  I am here today with the girls over at Altenew sharing a little Christmas Tag love!  If you are new to the 25 days of Christmas Tags, check out  my dear friend Tracey's blog to learn all the details.  She has an amazing list of sponsors and prizes and tons and tons of tag inspiration.  Lets get started!

25 Days of Christmas Tags

Today's card was super simple!  I used a white tag die cut and lined up a couple pieces of washi along the bottom.

25 Days of Christmas Tags

I used Altenew stamp from the Holiday Seals Stamp set to create this heat embossed circle.  I punched out the circle and then popped it up on foam tape on the tag.  Last, I added in some saddle stitch ribbon and twine to finish it off.

  27. I have this set of stamps and intend to make round tags using the entire image but I like your idea of placing the circle stamp on a standard tag shape so you can add more color and pop to the tag... think I will try both ways! You have inspired me!
