Hello friends! Welcome to Altenew's October Decal Release. Today, Altenew is releasing several new decals that you can create some amazing projects with. I have one that I created a framed picture for my newly remodeled craft room.
To create this simple decor I added the vinyl decal to a piece of foam core. You can get large sheets of foam core at any craft store. By applying the decal to foam core, you get a super light piece of decor to hang on the wall. The decals are so easy to apply. They come with a backing that peels off easily as well as the transfer tape to apply it to your project. You can use a credit card to smooth it out and make sure it is nice and stuck down to the surface you are applying it to.
I added a light metal frame directly to the foam core. This can also be done at stores like Hobby Lobby and Micheals and is usually fairly inexpensive. I love how this makes for a fun clean and simple wall hanging in my new space.
