Hello Friend..

**OH my!  This is my 3rd post today! (I can't remember the last time this happened!) Scroll down to see Retro Sketches and Clear and Simple Stamps Release!**

Today I am pulling out one of my very first DeNami stamps I ever purchased.  I loved this apple basket from the first time I saw it!  I am not the best at coloring, but its an easy one to color and add a little detail to.  So here is my card...

I made a file on my Cameo to have a little die to go along with the image.  Boy is it nice knocking out the fussy cutting.  I don't mind cutting, but this makes it so much easier!  Mass producing is a breeze!

I paired the basket with another one of my DeNami favorites, Hello Friend.  Is the perfect fun font and sentiment.

Hop on over to the DeNami blog and check out Paulina's apple basket creation too!  I am so excited to be teaming up with her today, to bring you some apple goodness!  I know she will have something cute up her sleeve!

Thanks for stopping in today!  Have a great day!

  2. So pretty!!! The red plaid and that gorgeous bow...love it! Fabulous coloring too! Do you know of a Cameo tutorial that shows the process for the type of custom die you've made here? I can be a lazy cutter sometimes and LOVE this idea. I've been on the fence about the Cameo (teetering ever closer to buying one though) and this option just sold me.

  3. Laurie, love your card and that sweet basket. Can you tell me how to do the white around the image to avoid the uneven fussy cutting?
