Enjoy a little treat...



I'm back with Day 5 of new release's over at Clear and Simple. This day is one of my favorites.   Our them is Sweet Treats!


So you might see my projects and say Sweet Treats?  Other than that little treat box how does that fit in?  Well, I use a REALLY fun new die cut in an unexpected way!  First off, here are my projects...

Do you see the hills?  Well, those are actually cupcake wrappers.  Cupcake wrappers you say?  Ok...check these out...

First off yay for cupcake wrappers right?  The possibilities are endless with these things!  But yes, for some reason I saw hills right off.  Kinda fun right?

The background is a new stamp called Sunburst.  I started with a lighter yellow and then edged in with a darker yellow.  The little bird is a die cut from Baby Shower.

And last, I used Party Favor 1 for the box.  I added the background and bird again along with the sentiment from Cake Decorating Extras.  LOTS of fun sentiments in this set that can be used on the cakes, or by themselves! Did you know CSS sells twine too?  Check it out HERE.
