Back in Black..

Does that make you think 80's music like I do?  LOL! The song is stuck in my head now as I type this CAS-ual Fridays post.  Thanks Michele!  Ha! :)  

It's all about black card bases this week.  Here's mine...

So for this card, I inked up my Lined IP with Fresh Snow and then ran it through the Big Shot for that distressed textured area.  Then I added a couple simple layers and that guitar to top of this fun guy card!

    Wonderful technique on the black card. Love the boldness of the red and gray, and the little embellie on the guitar!

    Um, yeah. ACDC is totally going through my head right now. lol Great idea to ink the IP - it's an awesome touch to the card. Adds a whole lot of texture where a plain black cardbase would have been kind of boring.

    Great post title! I LOVE this card too! Love how you put the white on the embossing folder to give it a touch of color. Love the layout with the guitar - such a FUN card! Now I've got that song in my head LOL.

    Oh my GOSH Lauire! The memories of our son & his best friend rockin out with their electric guitars to Led Zepplin on HIGH volume! Oh how our neighbors must have loved that! Thanks for the memoires, GREAT card ;)
