In everything give thanks...

I have a card to share today that I made awhile back. This card showcases a Clear and Simple background from their new release.  I just love this sheet music look!

I stamped the image several times on the cardstock and then cut it in to 3 strips just to break up the background a little.  I used this amazing verse from the CSS set Gratitude.  I added in 3 little rose buds for some color!

I want to thank everyone who emailed, texted or messaged me in the last several days!  I did have surgery on Friday.  I am on the mend and today is the first day I have actually sat down to the computer!  I thought I would try to get a post up right quick and I am thinking the couch sounds good right about now!

Hope everyone is doing well!  Stayed tuned for some posts I have set to go here soon!  More Clear and Simple goodness on the way!  I can't wait to share!!

  8. This card is a BEAUTY! What a great idea to cut the background into strips to break it up a bit - I will have to remember that one! The roses just pop on this card - and what a beautiful sentiment! Please give yourself plenty of time to recuperate from surgery!! Love and prayers.
