Happy Birthday Merry!

First off....Spoiler Alert for those of you who don't want to see the PTI Anniversary Set....don't scroll down!

Today is Merry's birthday! She is one of my super sweet PTI Forum friends! A few of us are getting together to send out some birthday wishes for her!

Merry I hope your day is fantastic! I've been thinking about you! Hugs!!

Here is a little creation I whipped up in Merry's honor...

This set is FABULOUS!!!  I know that this will be one I use A LOT!!!  The different flowers are so fun and the possibilities are endless!  I stamped the grass and stems on a 2 1/4 panel, just perfect for the new picket fence die!  Then I ran that through with the wood grain impression plate!  And again, you can see some canvas IP on the base of the card!  I used the birthday sentiment from Mixed Messages!  It fits perfect on that tag die, also from PTI!

I am so glad you came by today!  This is a gorgeous Sunday!  The sun is shining here in Kansas and so far the weather is beautiful!  Hope your day is just a great!!

    Oh no! I knew I should've ordered that die! Still got a while to wait for my order to find it's way over the pond :( Hoping my anniversary set (ok sets!) are coming too! Lovely use of your new goodies.

    Wow!! The fence is ADOR-A-BLE!!! I love how it looks embossed. The twine and tag addition is just perfect!! Love this card!!

    Where do I start? First of all, I'm insanely jealous over here that I have gotten neither my anniversary set nor my May order yet, and I'm getting very impatient. Second, I'm now kicking myself that the fence die is not in the aforementioned order. And finally, this card is cute beyond description! Love love LOVE!

    I echo everything Christina said - we Massachusetts people are missing out and super jealous that everyone else has their hands on this set already! And I also forgot to put the fence die in my cart! But honestly, Laurie, I think this is one of my most favorite cards of yours EVER!

Oh my I saw people commenting on your card before I got here so I knew it was a good one. *swoon*.... of course, I am another who forgot to put the fence die in my cart (but I've not bought the woodgrain IP plate yet, so I'd still be missing out)... at least I've got some anniv sets coming my way :)
