Card Patterns 98

My sweet blog friend, Lindsay, is on the DT over at Card Patterns! I knew I had to play along when I saw the sketch on her blog! Her cards are always so fun and "vintagey" and did I mention how sweet she is? :)

Here is my Lindsay inspired card...look people...I used patterned paper! GASP!! I know, right?

You might be tired of my rolled flowers but I like I've told you before...I can't stop! I used more patterned paper on these flowers!! Yes!! I know!! I am a changed woman!  (Well not really!  But I will keep trying!)

    Wow. This is stunning! I love the colors you chose, so bold! Very beautiful! It is like sunshine on a cold Kansas day! :) Love the rolled flower as always and the patterned paper too! This sketch is ion my to-do list too!!

    I'm not tired of the rolled flowers from you yet! You're rocking them! I'm obsessed with stitching right now and no card looks "complete" without some thread on it. Ha. Gorgeous card! So bright and happy. :)

    Oh, that is so pretty, Laurie. Great colors, great flower, great placement of the pearls, the little yellow scallop part on the square, the use of patterned paper, and wonderful interpretation of the sketch... just perfect!

    I think the rolled flowers are just GORgeous! Putting one on top of the felt one makes it look just like a daffodil.
