Card Patterns 99

So I got up this morning to serious quiet! I couldn't pass it up! Straight to my scrapbook room I went! The kids didn't sleep well last night and sadly, my DH is not feeling well either! So I knew we weren't going to church! I jumped on my google reader....found a sketch...and made this card....

  5. Oh...have to take the quiet time while you can get it. I got up early...did some work for my job, took some pics of cards I made yesterday, blogged one of them and went back to bed for a couple hours! Your card is adorable...love the sketch and the cherry paper - perfect with the sentiment! Hope your hubby feels better and that it doesn't move on to anyone else!

  6. Oh the lovely quiet! When my kids were still little I craved that quiet time and barely breathed so as not to disturb anyone!! Now they are grown and gone and the quiet is available all day every day...sometimes I wish it were full of children's laughter again. But you seized the moment and made a most fabulous card! Love the sentiment. I'd love it if you'd post all your ingredients:)

  17. Quiet time? What's that? LOL
    Lucky girl!
I love the sweet country charm this one has. I have a small obsession with cherry themed PP, and have scads of it hoarded away. This card proves that I can haul it out and not be afraid! Perfect.
